Job description:
  • Providing customer support in the installation and operation of security cameras
  • Answering customer inquiries - phone/chat/email
  • Entering data into the system
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of German language B2/C1
  • Communicative knowledge of English (B2)
  • Openness in customer relations
  • Ability to communicate freely over the phone
  • Six months of experience in customer service or in the field of new technologies
