The key responsibility of the Learning Support Agent is to support and resolve cohort queries via Voice, chat and email.
Your profile:
- Knowledge of Spanish language on at least C1 level and English on at least B2 level,
- Graduate (min.BA Degree),
- Availability to work from the office in Gdańsk,
- Nice to have: 1 year experience - preferably in technology support in Voice, chat and email support,
- Good communication skills,
- Project / Training coordination exposure,
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and being an effective communicator.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Managing, resolving and posting updates for any course/lab and related learning assets in a discussion forum on the designated platform for communication between the learners, mentors and teacher staff,
- Managing the customer’s problems through effective diagnosis, resolution or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customers,
- Acting as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles,
- Understanding customer issues and advocating for their needs with cross-functional teams including product and engineering teams to find ways to improve the product and drive high quality production.
