Key Account Manager

Tasks:
  • Acquiring new customers and restaurants for SmartLunch, including advising on the best option for the companys offer
  • Managing the whole process from acquisition to signing contracts with companies and restaurants
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with the companys customers
  • Active sales activities in the assigned territory
  • Building and updating the CRM database
  • Monitoring the potential of customers and restaurants in a given market and analyzing the competition
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service to customers and restaurants
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and reports on the implementation of the sales plan
  • Representing SmartLunch at trade fairs and industry conferences
  • Support in training of new employees on the Czech market
  • Coordination and management of communication between Polish and Czech offices (communication mainly with implementation and customer service department)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Czech market
  • Ability to conduct business negotiations and address customer concerns and doubts
  • Very good organization of own work and independence in performing assigned tasks
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with customers and restaurants
  • Orientation towards meeting set targets
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically
  • Knowledge of a CRM system such as Hubspot
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or similar)
  • Group B driving licence
  • Czech language at C1 level
  • Polish at B2 level
  • English at B1 level
