German Customer Support Specialist
ONSITE WORK – GDAŃSK | Relocation Included
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service via phone and email in line with the highest quality standards
- Aiming to meet customer satisfaction KPIs set by your manager
- Showing empathy and understanding toward the customer to offer effective support
This job is perfect for you if:
- You speak German fluently (C1) and have a good command of English (B2)
- You are professional, empathetic, and customer-oriented
- You are confident using MS Office tools
- You are motivated and eager to grow professionally
