Customer technical support specialist with Swedish
Lublin
Responsibilities:
- Handling telephone calls from technicians and installers of photovoltaic equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving incoming calls
- Controlling the correct resolution of technical faults that occur
- Cooperation with other levels of technical support and service engineers
- Entering data into the system
- Ensuring high quality of service
Requirements:
- Interest in modern technology, especially related to electrical engineering (knowledge of photovoltaic equipment is welcome),
- Problem-solving orientation,
- Knowledge of Swedish (C1) and English (B2)
- Availability to work in the office in Lublin (Czechów district)
