Customer technical support specialist with Swedish
Lublin
Responsibilities:
  • Handling telephone calls from technicians and installers of photovoltaic equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving incoming calls
  • Controlling the correct resolution of technical faults that occur
  • Cooperation with other levels of technical support and service engineers
  • Entering data into the system
  • Ensuring high quality of service
Requirements:
  • Interest in modern technology, especially related to electrical engineering (knowledge of photovoltaic equipment is welcome),
  • Problem-solving orientation,
  • Knowledge of Swedish (C1) and English (B2)
  • Availability to work in the office in Lublin (Czechów district)
