Customer Services Professional with Romanian
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Mokotów
Your daily tasks:
- Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals;
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues;
- Stay up to date with process changes and product updates;
- To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
