Customer Service Supporter with Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

Job description

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to various incoming requests, solving emerging issues.
  • Provide assistance via telephone, and chat.
  • Listen carefully and understand customer needs.
  • Handling different methods of payments (credit cards, vouchers, etc.) ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer.

Requirements

  • C1 language skills level for Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and B2 language skills level for English.
  • An enthusiastic spirit and proactive in understanding the customers needs.
  • High soft skills standards to communicate valuable information to customers well.
  • Clever use of PC.
