Job description:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information
  • Exhibiting warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
  • Utilizing knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Dutch
  • Very good knowledge of English language, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training
  • Ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution-focused when interacting with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group
