Customer Care Coordinator with German and English

Responsibilities:
  • Resolving customer queries received via website (DACH region)
  • Making calls to cold leads
  • Responsibility for sales calls to end users (B2B)
  • Website product support
  • Managing the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Delivering a positive customer experience at all times
  • Supporting Customer Care Manager with regard to marketing, sales or PR projects
Requirements:
  • Customer care experience (service or help desk or telemarketing)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written German
  • Minimum B2 level of English both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with can-do attitude self-starter
  • An interest in engineering /technical area would be an asset
  • Positive energy : )
